About Us

I want to begin by introducing myself. My name is Nickie Murphy and I am an Independent Business Owner. I am married with 2 children. I worked outside of the home for 15 years. My husband still works outside the home.  I take on the day to day functions. My husband does all the behind the scenes assistance. I had to do something. My pregnancy was difficult with my youngest daughter. I started the company after my youngest daughter was born. She was born having a few medical issues and I just couldn't balance my work schedule and home schedule and it became too much. This is why I started my company; to provide the same choices to  agents.  It was the best thing I ever did. My company is a family company that believes in the values of honesty, integrity, loyalty and hard work. I will always be available for our agents because I want you to succeed. I actually provide customer service to our Roadside Assistance client so  I can say I also do the same thing my agents are doing. 

The Arise Platform

The Arise Platform has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.  The platform is a work from home opportunity. As an agent you will be servicing fortune 500 companies right from your home. Awesome right? 

The Arise Platform has 4 locations. United States, Ireland, UK, and Canada

Arise does require you to work under an IBO (Independent Business Owner) which I am.  Arise is based in Miramar, Florida

What is Certification

When you attend a class for the one of the client opportunities, you will study and practice all aspects of the client and the requirements. Once you pass the class you will start taking live calls. While you are first taking live calls you will be in certification. Once you pass certification live call taking you will then go into production. This is my goal, to get you into productionl

Requirements

You can not live MD, MA, NY, CA, OR, WI or CA. You must be a resident of the United States. You must be 18 years of age and be able to pass a background check (which is no cost to you). You must meet the equipment requirements that I have listed below. Laptop or Computer with high speed Internet and a USB headphone is required at the start date of class. The additional equipment must be purchased 2 weeks before class ends.  Please see below for the full list equipment needed to be successful.

*24/7 inbound calls for roadside assistance and anything related to that.

The service you will provide and not limited to is:

-Flat tires

-lockouts

-Jump Starts

-out of fuel

-Some of the clients we will take if they have been in accident and the rest are transferred to Claims


Cruise Line Support

-Inbound calls for assistance with booking from client's customers and client's travel agent partners.

-Possible outbound calls to client-designated internal support departments, clients customers and/or clients travel agent partners for status and clarification purposes.

-Transferring of inbound calls or to other client-designated internal support departments or client account representatives

Home Repair Customer service

-Assisting customers with product questions

-Placing new orders

-Handling existing orders: return/ replacements

-Provide vendors for shipping information

-Responding to general inquiries 

-Providing information regarding the car rental center location in question  Respond to inbound sales and customer service inquiries from client's customers - Answer inbound calls for customers requesting general information regarding services provided and location specific information. To include hours of operation, rental policies, location wayfinding, etc.

- Agents assist customers in reserving a vehicle, and must use sales tactics such as assuming the sale and overcoming objections. The agent will need to input reservation and all pertinent information into the client system

Theme Parks Reservations

Take reservations from the largest theme park guests or cast members that wish to make reservations for Lodging, Dining Plans, Tickets, Air packages, or asking general questions about those areas.

-Call Centers will service the Program by providing high level customer service to existing and new guests while matching their wishes and desires with relevant the theme park products and services.
